Legend has it that an Ethiopian goat herder once noticed his goats dancing with energy after eating bright red berries. Curious, he tried them himself and soon joined in the dance. Since then, Ethiopia has been known as the birthplace of coffee. This Nyala Sidama is sourced from Chiré, it is lightly roasted, has notes of dried fruits and a hint of caramel.
